Current Funding Goals for 2026/27
- Raising funds to purchase a new wheelchair van
- First Aid Renewal Course training in January 2027 for all our staff
- TU Community Hall Renovations:
New carpet & replacing wooden windows for aluminium - Upgrading iPad and technology for service members communication aides
- Giant sized indoor games for our service members to enjoy on rainy days
- Specifically designed musical instruments for disabled muscians to play

Cash for Recycling
As part of our program our people collect tin and aluminium bottle caps and aluminium cans for recycling.
We receive a little bit of money for these items which our people put towards an outing at the end of each year.
Feel free to drop any items you have to our hall during Term Time. Our opening hours are 9am – 3pm, Monday to Friday.
Hire Our Hall
Need a venue for weekly activities or for a private function?
Our hall in Petone can be hired for a small fee.
Contact our Service Manager to check for availability.
Lend a Hand
We hold a Working Bee twice a year in summer and winter to ensure our hall is kept in good condition.
If you are handy with tools, enjoy gardening, cleaning and making a difference, please give us a shout. Many hands make light work!
